Policies

• Cancellations and No-Show Policy: Appointments that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. 

No-shows will be charged 100% of appointment cost.

• If you are late: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your appointment may have to be rescheduled, or opt out of styling/blow-dry.

​•Retail product sales are final

• Masks: If you are fully vaccinated, masks are totally optional. I am vaccinated, but I will gladly wear a mask upon  request. My goal is for YOU to feel comfortable. 

• New Clients: Please submit an Online Consultation Form. Please DO NOT use online scheduling. Online scheduling is for existing clients who we know and have grown familiar with their hair, features, personal style, and maintenance preferences. 

• If you are a returning guest but it has been 6+ months since your last service, or you have been seeing another stylist since our last appointment, please complete the online consultation form so I can be fully prepared for your appointment!
