Policies

NO-SHOW and Late Policy

Appointments that are canceled within 48-24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. 

No-shows will be charged 100% of appointment cost. Appointment's canceled within 5-hours of scheduled service are considered NO-SHOW

 

If you are late: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your services maybe cut short (ex. instead of a full Highlight, you will receive a partial) you will still be billed for the full scheduled service amount

If you are 20 minutes late or more, services may have to be rescheduled, subject to prepayment of future services.

 

NEW CLIENTS OR EXISTING CLIENTS WANTING A COLOR CHANGE

New Clients:  Online Consultation Form required before booking. Please DO NOT use online scheduling. Online scheduling is reserved for clients scheduling touch-ups.

• If you are a returning guest but it has been 6+ months since your last service, or you have seen another stylist, please complete the online consultation form so I may be fully prepared for your appointment.

  • Come to your color appointment with CLEAN, DRY HAIR. Dirt, oils, salt, and product can/will affect your color. for best results come with clean hair (washed within 24-hours). Outcome is not guaranteed on dirty hair, re-do policy does not appily.

 

RE-DO POLICY

Not happy with the results? I will redo your color free of charge. Must be scheduled with in 1.5 weeks of prior service. blow-dry not included. 

OTHER

Retail product sales are final

3% service fee is added to final sale

NO masks are required, regardless of vaccination status

Prices and policy's are subject to change at salon/stylists discretion
